A 15-year-old is in a critical state following an incident involving a Kart in Arico, located on the island of Tenerife, as per the report from the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre of the 112 in the Canary Islands.
The incident took place at 7:56 p.m. on Sunday in Las Eras, within the municipality of Arico, where personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) were dispatched after being alerted about the accident.
Upon arrival, they discovered that the youth had sustained multiple traumatic injuries, necessitating his urgent transfer in a critical condition to the University Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria via a medical ambulance.
At the scene of the accident, officers from the Local Police and the Civil Guard also attended to conduct the necessary enquiries.
