SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, APR. (Press Europa) –
Firefighters in Tenerife successfully extinguished a blaze this morning that originated in the garage of a housing complex on Murcia Street, in the municipality of Adeje, resulting in damage to 13 cars and a motorcycle.
The fire, which broke out around 02:45 this Sunday, prompted the evacuation of local residents by members of the Municipal Police and the National Police. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, according to the Coordinating Centre for Security and Emergencies 112.
National Police sources have informed Europa Press that investigations are still underway to determine the cause of the incident. The garage, along with the first and second floors of the affected building, has been cordoned off.
Based on information gathered by the National Police, the incident has impacted 13 cars and a motorcycle.
