The Ministry of Presidency, Public Administrations, Justice and Security is set to host the II Conference on the ‘Harassment Protocol in the Workplace of the Public Administration’ in Gran Canaria and Tenerife, focusing on the essential aspects of the Protocol for addressing workplace harassment within the Canary Administrations.
Additionally, the fundamental concepts will be clarified from a perspective of occupational hazard prevention.
This training, organised by the Canarian Institute of Public Administration (ICAP), will offer a total of 240 places and will span five academic hours, as detailed in a press release from the regional department this Friday.
Individuals interested can register until Monday, April 21, for the four sessions, which will take place on the Islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife.
Pino de León, the general director of ICAP, has emphasised the significance of these days for preventing potential harassment cases in the workplace, ensuring that institutional representatives possess the necessary knowledge for possible interventions.
Through these training sessions, ICAP aims to foster a supportive work environment while addressing conflict prevention and resolution.
