A 33-year-old female has sustained injuries on Saturday after the vehicle she was driving collided on Maritime Avenue, within the area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2.
The incident took place at 06:15, when the 1-1-2 control room received a notification about a vehicle leaving the roadway and crashing into a palm tree. Consequently, CECOES promptly mobilised the emergency resources required to respond to the situation.
Upon arrival, medical personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department assessed and treated the injured individual, who displayed multiple moderate traumas, without complications, and was subsequently transported by ambulance to the University Hospital Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria.
Concurrently, the Local Police conducted the necessary investigation.
