Three individuals sustained injuries this Saturday following a head-on collision between two vehicles on the GM-2 in the municipality of San Sebastián de la Gomera, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2.
The incident took place at 12:38, when the 1-1-2 operations room received notification of the crash, prompting CECOES to swiftly mobilise the necessary emergency resources to respond to the situation.
Medical personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department assessed and treated the injured, who suffered moderate wounds, mild neck pain, and anxiety attacks, and were subsequently transported to the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe hospital.
Civil Protection assisted alongside the other emergency resources, while the Civil Guard carried out the relevant documentation.
