The Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has prohibited vehicle access to Las Teresitas beach this Thursday as a precautionary measure due to the maximum wind alert currently in place across the archipelago. This measure was taken to mitigate risks arising from the strong winds that particularly affect coastal and surrounding areas.
Furthermore, officers have evicted several tourists from the Miradores de Anaga and provided assistance to individuals within García Sanabria Park, despite the warning in place to restrict access.
This is the situation right now in Playa de Las Teresitas. The service of @Cruzrojaprovtfe remains alert for wind impacts in the area. Resources have also been allocated from @ProtecivilSctf to evaluate the situation #Alertamáximaviento #Caution

The Civil Protection Service of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Cruz Roja are actively monitoring conditions in the areas most vulnerable to wind, with a particular focus on Las Teresitas, where patrols have been dispatched to assess the circumstances and ensure compliance with the enforced restrictions.
The municipal services have reiterated the call for citizen responsibility, emphasising the importance of adhering to official guidelines and respecting the prohibitions on public space access during periods of inclement weather.
