SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 3 APR. (Press Europa) –
The Ministry of Education of the Canary Islands Government has announced on Thursday that classes will resume as usual across the archipelago starting tomorrow, following a suspension of face-to-face lessons due to the impact of the Borrasca ‘Nuria’.
This decision comes after receiving a notification from the General Emergency Directorate indicating that the maximum alert status for winds and coastal events will conclude at 23:00 on Thursday, as stated by the department.
Furthermore, the Ministry has confirmed with the management teams that there have been no incidents affecting the normal progression of school activities this Friday.
In Tenerife, the University of La Laguna has also verified that it will return to full operational capacity in all its functions tomorrow, Friday.
