Two Individuals in Serious Condition Following Tenerife House Fire

Four individuals have sustained injuries, with two in critical condition, following a fire at a residence in the municipality of El Rosario, in Tenerife, as reported by Canary 1-2.

The incident took place at 9:12 p.m. on Vista Castillo, when the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands government received an alert about a fire in a house, indicating that four individuals were affected.

Medical personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department (SUC) attended to the four individuals, comprising two men and two women, who exhibited symptoms of smoke inhalation, along with various wounds and burns. Two individuals were in a critical state and were transported to different healthcare facilities on the island.

Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames and ventilate the residence.

The Local Police assisted the responding agencies, while the Civil Guard handled the necessary legal proceedings.
