Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 23 Mar. (Europa Press) –
The Maritime Rescue Helimer 202 helicopter successfully evacuated a crew member from the cruise ship ‘Seabourn Venture’, which was located 100 miles off the coast of Tenerife this Sunday.
After the ship alerted authorities about the emergency, the maritime controllers at the Maritime Rescue Centre in Tenerife swiftly mobilised the required resources.
Upon arrival at the scene, the Helimer 202 helicopter hoisted the injured individual and transported them directly to Doctor Negrín Hospital in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at approximately 08:40, as reported by the state agency to Europa Press.
