Santa Cruz de Tenerife 19 Mar. (Europa Press) –
Maritime rescue services have located a Cayuco this morning carrying 55 migrants, including one woman, approximately 12 miles from La Restinga, on the island of El Hierro.
In response, Salvamar Acrux has been dispatched to meet the vessel and guide it safely to port.
The Helimer 204 helicopter has also contributed to the rescue operation.
