The Local Police in Arona, Tenerife, has apprehended a man who allegedly entered a family residence at approximately 03:00 in the early hours and threatened the occupant with a knife.
The incident occurred in the locality of Costa del Silencio, as reported on Monday by the Local Police, which detained the 45-year-old man last Friday.
The swift response from the officers of the Police Prevention Unit facilitated the arrest of this individual, the statement added.
In the police units, the necessary legal procedures were carried out for an alleged offence of threats and attempted robbery, which has been referred to the Arona Judicial Party.
