Santa Cruz de Tenerife 17 Mar. (Europa Press) –
The public entity Auditorio de Tenerife has endorsed the ‘I Equality Plan for its employees’.
The agreement, which holds an initial validity until December 2028, was formalised last Friday during an event attended by the Minister of Culture and President of the Auditorium of Tenerife, José Carlos Acha; alongside the company’s representatives, Daniel Cerezo and Sandra Kouwenberg, the workers’ representative, Araceli Vera, and the director of the Innovatic Consultant Knowledge Management, Eloy González.
This commitment aims to enhance the relationships and operations within the company for all employees of the Tenerife auditorium.
This inaugural plan encompasses 29 measures and 54 actions and will be evaluated by a monitoring committee, as detailed by the local authority in a statement.
Upon completion, it will be reassessed to propose either its expansion or modifications based on the outcomes achieved during these initial four years.
Three main characteristics underpin the labour relations within the organisation.
Firstly, the public nature of the entity and its organic connection to the Cabildo de Tenerife, which dictates the salary framework, job types, and organisational structure.
The Auditorium of Tenerife has demonstrated a strong commitment to gender equality through the development and approval of a range of initiatives, including the Equality Plan.
This plan outlines a set of objectives and strategies aimed at ensuring authentic and effective equality in the company’s interactions with its workforce, contributing to the advancement towards a society of values that is inclusive, integrative, and respectful of diversity.
