“Defense Claims No Intent to Kill in Tenerife Carnival Death Investigation”

Two individuals apprehended in connection with the death of a 30-year-old during the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival have been released. Nonetheless, the primary suspect has been placed under provisional custody with a bail set at €6,000, which has already been settled. The judge has decided to pursue investigations for a possible homicide charge, while the second individual is provisionally released and is being investigated for assault, as stated by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands.
