Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 6 March (Europa Press) –
The Guard Court in Santa Cruz de Tenerife has ruled on Thursday that one of the two individuals apprehended in connection with the death of a young man during a brawl on Monday of the Carnival in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, shall be held in provisional custody, which may be avoided by posting a bond of 6,000 euros.
The judge has opted to process this case as a crime of intent.
The other individual detained in relation to this incident has been brought before the court on Thursday, with the second suspect being investigated for a crime of assault and released provisionally.
The case will now be referred to the Court of Instruction No. 1 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
