Tim Burton’s Carnival has crowned a new queen. Soraya Campana Labrador has been officially named queen of the International Carnival of Puerto de la Cruz, showcasing the exquisite creation ‘Beautiful dream’ by designer Fran Yanes, representing Gran Hotel Taoro and Savasa. The honourable mentions went to Paola Medina, who dazzled in ‘Zafira’, and Yanely Carballo, who brought the theme ‘goodbye sadness’ to life, securing the first and second runners-up positions, respectively.
