Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 20 Feb. (Europa Press) –
A man has sustained injuries in an accident involving two vehicles at the exit of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre of the 112 in the Canary Islands.
The incident occurred at 9:07 p.m. on Wednesday on the TF-1 road, at the exit of the aforementioned municipality, where the Canarian Emergency Service personnel (SUC) were dispatched after receiving a notification that one of the drivers had become trapped inside the vehicle and required medical assistance.
Subsequently, after being extricated by the Tenerife Fire Brigade, the SUC team established that the individual had suffered several moderate injuries, necessitating his transfer by ambulance to the University Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria.
At the scene of the incident, personnel from the road maintenance service also arrived to clear the roadway, along with officers from the Local Police and the Civil Guard, who managed the necessary documentation and investigation.
