Officers from the Civil Guard at the main station of Guía de Isora have apprehended two individuals, aged 32 and 20, on suspicion of committing a robbery with force and assaulting a law enforcement officer.
The unlawful acts transpired following a report indicating that two men had entered an abandoned hotel situated in the southern part of the island of Tenerife.
Civil Guard officers arrived swiftly at the location and caught the suspects inside after they had illegally scaled a wall.
One of the suspects resisted arrest and attempted to assault one of the officers during the detainment.
The arrested individuals, along with the compiled evidence, have been presented before the Court of Instruction of the Guard in Arona.
