A 33-year-old woman sustained injuries on Saturday following a vehicle collision in La Laguna, Tenerife. The incident took place on the TF-2, near the roundabout of Avenida de los Majuelos, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2.
The occurrence transpired at approximately 5:00 p.m., when the 1-1-2 control room received a notification regarding a traffic accident involving a car, and that the driver required medical assistance. Consequently, CECOES promptly activated the necessary emergency services to address the situation on-site.
Upon arrival, medical personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department assessed and treated the injured individual, who had sustained moderate injuries, before transferring her by ambulance to San Juan de Dios hospital.
Following this, firefighters secured the vehicle, while the Civil Guard managed traffic and initiated an investigation.
