Santa Cruz de Tenerife 16 Feb. (Europa Press) –
A 33-year-old female was injured on Saturday following a traffic incident on the TF-2, near the roundabout of Majuelos Avenue, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife), as reported by The Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2.
The incident transpired at approximately 5:11 p.m., when the 1-1-2 control room received a call indicating that a traffic accident had taken place following the exit of a vehicle, and that the driver required medical assistance. Consequently, CECOES promptly activated the necessary emergency resources to respond to the scene.
Upon arrival, personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department assessed and treated the individual, who had sustained moderate injuries, before transporting her by ambulance to San Juan de Dios hospital.
Subsequently, firefighters secured the vehicle, while the Civil Guard managed traffic and initiated the relevant procedures.
