Güímar City Council Expands Housing with Purchase of New Building for 15 Homes
Through a bidding process, the City of Güímar has purchased a property located at Venezuela 178 and 180, on the corner of Mexico Street, for an investment of 890,000 euros. This acquisition aims to provide 15 units of social housing for affordable rental. The building consists of three levels and a basement, featuring 12 residences, a commercial space, and 17 parking spots, totalling an area of 2,375 square metres.
