Candelaria: A Vibrant Reunion of Murgas from Las Palmas and Tenerife

The Island Federation of Gran Canaria Carnival Groups (Figruc) has put forward to all groups a proposal from the Councillor for Fiestas de Candelaria, Manolo González. He suggests continuing the regional gathering of Murgas de Canarias, which takes place in the Villa Mariana, involving the three critical troupes from Tenerife in the performance section along with the first prize of the same category from Gran Canaria.
