Santa Cruz de Tenerife 4 Feb. (Europa Press) –
AENA has confirmed to the Government of the Canary Islands on Tuesday regarding the investment in the islands’ airports, specifically the terminals of Tenerife Sur, Tenerife Norte, and the Airport of Lanzarote, with a focus on the connection between the two terminals, the island and the international.
This information was disclosed to reporters by the president of the Canary Islands, Fernando Clavijo, and the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Housing, Pablo Rodríguez, following a meeting with the leadership team of Aena, led by its president, Maurici Lucena.
Both Clavijo and the minister have emphasised that this represents a “historic” investment in the archipelago when compared to the current DORA, where the investment has been just over 300 million.
