The Canarian Housing Institute (ICAVI) has declared the preliminary awarding of the drafting for the fundamental and execution project for 59 publicly promoted dwellings in Granadilla de Abona. This encompasses the development of properties and the creation of subprojects associated with electrical systems, fire protection, thermal installations, plumbing, sanitation, and telecommunications. The overall investment totals 340,260 euros, which is divided into two lots.
