All housing initiatives in the Canary Islands are implemented under the +Vican initiative, aimed at reinforcing and synchronising housing policies in the Archipelago. The primary aim of this strategy is to deliver a comprehensive solution to the housing crisis through the execution of sustainable and inclusive solutions. +Vican strives to ensure access to adequate housing, prioritise the most vulnerable groups, and foster balanced territorial development that meets the current needs of the Canarian populace.
