A recent environmental report has indicated that the rise of tourist accommodation (VUT) is “forcing out” resident families from the most touristy areas in Spain. It also underscores the “dramatic” increase in the numbers found in the tourist municipalities of Oliva (Fuerteventura) and Arona (Tenerife).
