The General Directorate of Fisheries of the Canary Islands Government has announced the schedule for theoretical examinations necessary to achieve the following nautical qualifications for the operation of leisure boats: Basic Navigation Certificate (PNB), Recreational Vessel Certificate (PER), Yacht Skipper (PY), and Yacht Master (CY).
