The Autonomous Sports Organisation of the San Cristóbal de La Laguna City Council announced in December the launch of a Cubofit on its Las Peras Road. This is a container designed as a portable gym, equipped with sports apparatus for functional training, suitable for both individual and group use. It features all the equipment found in a traditional gym.
This announcement forms part of the services offered to the athletes of the municipality. The new facility aims to provide additional spaces for participating in outdoor sports, integrating technology in relation to physical activity and enhancing citizens’ access to sporting resources.
This initiative complements the activity programmes established by the City Council, with the intention of broadening the reach of sports facilities and making training infrastructure more accessible across various regions of La Laguna.
