The collision involving two cars on the Tenerife North Highway (TF-5) resulted in traffic congestion this afternoon, heading northwards, in the vicinity of San Benito, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
In the incident, which took place around 2:00 p.m., there were no injuries reported.
Motorists are advised to take extreme care due to the existing traffic jams.
