The municipality of La Laguna is undertaking a series of enhancement projects on its water supply network, overseen by the Teidagua mixed company. These operations, which impact several locations, are scheduled to occur between January 7 and 10 during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The primary focus of the work is the upgrade of networks and pipes to enhance service quality and mitigate leaks.

Areas Affected

The activities are being carried out in the following locations:

  • Tabares de Cala Street: Complete overhaul of the supply system, which means adjustments to traffic during the workdays.
  • Camino Jardina (numbers 83/85): Replacement of the tertiary network.
  • La Palma Road (Tejina): Replacement of the tertiary network.
  • High Pass Road: Replacement of the tertiary network.

Teidagua has indicated that these interventions may result in temporary supply interruptions. To lessen any inconvenience, users are encouraged to maintain reserve supplies wherever possible.

Addtionally, a customer service phone number has been established, 900 200 563, to address any doubts or inquiries regarding the service.

Traffic Alterations

These projects encompass the replacement of old pipes, connections, and networks with contemporary installations that meet current requirements. The aim is to enhance hydraulic effectiveness and ensure greater efficiency in water distribution.

Teidagua requests the cooperation and understanding of the affected residents and businesses throughout the duration of the works. Special attention is also requested regarding the signage in the impacted areas, particularly on Calle Tabares de Cala, where traffic changes will occur.

The completion of these works is anticipated by January 10, which will considerably improve service in the affected areas and decrease water loss due to leaks.
