Tenerife Revamps Its Roads with Over €30 Million Investment

The Roads area of the Cabildo de Tenerife has scheduled improvement work for 2025 on over 600 kilometres of roads on the Island from its total of 1,558 kilometres across 128 connecting routes. The efforts will focus primarily on the refurbishment, with €1 million allocated for upgrading signage and enhancing visibility on roads that require attention due to deterioration from usage and the effects of time. These initiatives are part of a larger strategy for road enhancements throughout Tenerife, which includes a recent investment of €30 million in the restoration of the Southern Highway (TF-1) in the sections of Arico, Fasnia, and Güímar.
