Agents from the Civil Guard at the La Victoria de Acentejo station in Tenerife have conducted investigations into a 47-year-old individual, a Tacoronte resident, suspected of committing a serious theft, allegedly acquiring construction materials valued at over 6,000 euros.
The inquiry commenced following a report from the owner of the stolen materials, who indicated that an individual had entered his property with a van and removed approximately 200 formwork planks, each around 2 metres long, valued at that amount.
Following the investigation and aided by information from community members, authorities were able to compile clues and evidence to identify, locate, and investigate the suspected offender.
The actions undertaken have been referred to judicial authorities.
