The southern region of Tenerife is getting ready to welcome the Three Wise Men from the East tomorrow with parades and various festive activities. In Arona, the most populous municipality in the area, the royal parade is set to commence at 6:30 p.m. at the roundabout on Avenida Juan Carlos I in Los Cristianos, proceeding along Ámsterdam Avenue and concluding, as tradition dictates, outside the cultural centre of Los Cristianos, in the Plaza del Pescador, where Melchor, Gaspar, and Baltasar will gather letters from the children.
The route has changed from previous years, adhering strictly to safety protocols, which will enable families to enjoy the parade with enhanced comfort and peace of mind, according to the local council. They also emphasise the advantages of the earlier schedule.
ADEJE
Beginning at 4:45 p.m. tomorrow, the Adeje football stadium will open its gates for those who have previously purchased tickets via the Tomaticket platform. They will be joined by the Beanky Ballet and several well-known children’s characters. The most eagerly anticipated moment will be when Melchor, Gaspar, and Baltasar arrive by helicopter. Upon landing, they will stroll around the stadium, greeting the children. At 7:00 p.m., Calle Grande in the centre will be transformed into a vibrant parade filled with light, music, and colour, featuring children’s characters, royal postmen, a coal truck, and special assistance from Adeje volunteer firefighters. When they reach the Plaza de España, the nativity of Jesus will be depicted.
