The kiosks established by the La Laguna City Council for complimentary gift wrapping will be operational again from tomorrow, Friday, January 3, through to Sunday, January 5, in the open shopping areas across various districts of the municipality.
These services, organised by the Department of Commerce of the La Laguna City Council, under the direction of Estefanía Díaz, will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the following locations: del Ramal, in Tejina; from the Tram, in La Cuesta; José Hernández Arocha, in Taco; and in the Cathedral Square, located in the historic centre of La Laguna.
“It is yet another method to assist our local shops and businesses while providing a more convenient and enjoyable shopping experience for those who choose our open commercial areas,” stated Estefanía Díaz.
The initiative has garnered support from La Laguna Open Commercial Zone (LLZC) and the Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands (FAUCA), demonstrating a collaborative effort to bolster the local retail landscape.
This service was previously offered with considerable success from December 22 to 24 and is returning to accompany shoppers and vendors during the busiest days of the Christmas period.
