A motorist sustained moderate injuries on Sunday evening when his vehicle veered off the road and plunged into a ravine while navigating the Carretera General La Escalona, located within the municipality of Vilaflor (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency Coordination Centre and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The individual, who managed to exit the vehicle independently, suffered from multiple moderate contusions. He received assistance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) and was subsequently transported in a basic life support ambulance to the Hospital del Sur.
Meanwhile, the Civil Guard prepared the necessary report while the Local Police assisted with the response unit that was deployed.
