Arona is set to bid farewell to 2024 in a grand manner with festivities catering to all demographics. Firstly, on the afternoon of Monday, 30th December, the Children’s New Year’s Eve event will be held in Las Galletas. Meanwhile, the Great New Year’s Eve Party is scheduled to take place near the Los Cristianos Cultural Centre on the evening of 31st December.

The Children’s New Year’s Eve event forms part of the activities in the Arona 2024/2025 Christmas Campaign titled ‘Arona, with you at Christmas’. The Municipal Department of Economic Promotion and Employment has orchestrated an afternoon filled with surprises, prominently featuring Workshops on various themes, Karaoke, Photocalls, Fantasy Characters, Family Gymkhanas, Party Favours, and DJs. This gathering will take place at Plaza Paulino Suances in Las Galletas, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The outdoor area of the Los Cristianos Cultural Centre will again serve as the venue for the Great New Year’s Eve Party. Organised by the Festivities Department of the Arona City Council, also as part of the ‘Arona, with you at Christmas’ Campaign, the celebration is divided into two sections: one featuring the Wamampy, Malibú Band, and Los Ideales orchestras, and another area where DJs Carlos Delgado, Budy, Javi Pérez, Renzzo el Selector, and Pablo Barrios will keep the atmosphere lively. Furthermore, throughout the evening, attendees can look forward to fireworks, party favours, and numerous surprises. The Great New Year’s Eve Party will commence at 10:00 p.m.
