Tomorrow, Saturday, 21 December, the excitement of KINGS & QUEENS FINALSI reaches its pinnacle with a Fan Zone, organised by the Salud-La Salle district, brimming with activities catering to all ages, situated in the plaza next to the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium. This is a one-of-a-kind experience that promises to be the ultimate meeting spot for football enthusiasts and family entertainment.
The Fan Zone will commence at 12:00 p.m. From this moment until 5:00 p.m., there will be complimentary entertainment, technological exhibits, and gastronomic activities. Attendees will be able to enjoy enormous screens to follow the anticipation for the event and relive the day’s finest moments, interactive zones featuring simulators, video games, and activities from the Kings League and Queens League realms, live music, and DJ performances that will set the mood ahead of the major show. There will also be gastronomic areas with food trucks and stalls offering a diverse array of food and beverages, alongside exclusive competition merchandise.
Activities designed specifically for children will include bouncy castles, creative workshops, and play areas. The NGO Juguetes con Corazón will conduct a charitable toy collection, which will be sent to those affected by Dana in Valencia, in partnership with the Pedro Rodríguez Ledesma Foundation. Following the sporting event, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the popular DJ Renzzo The Selector will enliven the atmosphere.
The mayor of Santa Cruz, José Manuel Bermúdez, remarks that “it is a privilege for Santa Cruz to host such a eagerly awaited event as the KINGS & QUEENS FINALSI. Hence, we have organised this Fan Zone, which will be the perfect venue for fans to relish a day filled with activities, entertainment, and enthusiasm” He further states that “this kind of initiative promotes sports and cultivates a spirit of coexistence and unity, where both adults and children can enjoy a diverse and distinctive offer.”
Moreover, the council member emphasises, “we wish for everyone who visits the Fan Zone to feel truly part of this grand celebration, championing the sport of our city. Without doubt, this is an opportunity to forge unforgettable memories at a remarkable event that puts Santa Cruz prominently on the map for major happenings.”
The KINGS & QUEENS FINALSI is the year’s most anticipated event for supporters of these innovative leagues, and this Fan Zone aims to enhance the excitement beyond the pitch.
