Metrotenerife anticipates that the Line 1 will operate at full capacity with double trams for the celebration of La White Night of La Laguna. Similar to prior editions, double units will run continuously throughout the day on Saturday the 23rd and into the early hours of Sunday the 24th.
In addition, in light of the Christmas lighting in the city of the Adelantados this Friday the 22nd, the service on Line 1 will be enhanced from 6:00 p.m. with extra units.
Frequencies and Timetables
The special La Noche en Blanco La Laguna services will commence this Friday the 22nd for the Christmas illuminations. Accordingly, Line 1 will feature reinforcement trams on Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Saturday the 23rd.
With these additional vehicles, the frequency of the service will be improved, except during strike hours (between 7:31 p.m. and 9:01 p.m.), when the established minimum service of 80% will remain in place.
From 1:00 a.m. onwards and throughout the early hours of Sunday, the service will continue without interruption, adhering to its regular timetable with a frequency of 30 minutes.
For this Saturday the 23rd, Line 1 will be providing double trams throughout La Noche en Blanco, specifically from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday until 6:00 a.m. on Sunday the 24th.
Notably, the double tram service will feature a 10-minute frequency between 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday.
