SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 19 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Firefighters from Tenerife, stationed at the parks in La Laguna, La Orotava and Santa Cruz, responded on Tuesday at approximately 12:45 p.m. to a fire at a warehouse within a hardware store located on La Arveja road, La Luz, in the municipality of La Orotava. A man sustained minor smoke inhalation and was subsequently transported to the hospital.
Upon their arrival, the firefighters determined that the blaze had impacted sensitive and highly flammable materials, prompting them to initiate cooling and extinguishing operations while securing the vicinity.
Endesa, Local Police, Civil Protection, the Civil Guard, and the Canarian Police also participated in the response efforts.
