Civil Guard officers from the Guía de Isora station have apprehended two individuals aged 21 and 24, residing in the Adeje area, on suspicion of committing a theft from within a vehicle in Santiago del Teide.
The youths unlawfully gained entry into a vehicle and were caught in the act by the officers, allowing for the recovery of the stolen items.
In a separate incident, another individual was arrested in the same scenic location for a different vehicle theft, as detailed in a statement from the Civil Guard.
The apprehended suspects have prior criminal records for similar offences and, along with the ongoing legal procedures, have been submitted to the appropriate Judicial Authority.
