Santa Cruz de Tenerife is set to host over 20,000 cruise visitors next weekend, due to the docking of eight vessels at the city’s port.

The Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has announced on its Facebook page that the ships Azura, Queen Anne, Costa Pacifica, and Seabourn Encore will dock on Saturday, while the MSC Opera, Hamburg, Costa Diadema, and Marina are expected to arrive on Sunday. According to the same source, the combined capacity of these eight cruise ships amounts to 20,761 passengers.

From September to December 2023, over 400,000 travellers reached Santa Cruz via the Ports of Tenerife to explore the city. Specifically, for September and October 2024, 97,385 passengers have already arrived, not including crew members.
