A child sustained injuries on Thursday evening due to being struck by a vehicle in Arona, resulting in moderate trauma.
The incident took place at approximately 8:15 p.m. when the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 112 of the Canary Islands Government received a call notifying them of an accident involving a minor on the Guaza highway.
Upon their arrival, the SUC personnel attended to the injured individual and, after stabilising her condition, transported her to La Candelaria Hospital. Meanwhile, the Local Police undertook the necessary procedures and managed traffic control.
