A man sustained serious injuries on Sunday after a vehicle crashed into a wall in the Tenerife municipality of The Lagoon, resulting in two individuals with moderate injuries and another with minor injuries.
The Emergency and Security Coordination Centre 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands Government reported that the incident took place at approximately 3:29 a.m. on Sunday near the entrance to the Padre Anchieta roundabout.
Following the collision, a 37-year-old man suffered significant chest trauma and was subsequently transported to the Canary Islands University Hospital.
A 33-year-old man and a 27-year-old man both experienced moderate injuries, while another individual aged 31 was treated for minor multiple bruises; all three were taken to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
Firefighters secured the vehicle involved in the accident and extricated three of its occupants from the cabin. Personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service assessed the injured individuals prior to their transfer to medical facilities.
