The Court of Guard in Arona has decided this Monday to grant provisional release with conditions to the individual who allegedly caused a traffic collision on the TF-653 highway in the Guaza area on the night of September 30, resulting in the deaths of a 50-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman.
Analyses indicate that he had consumed alcohol and cocaine, as reported by the judiciary on Monday.
He faces charges of homicide due to gross negligence and is subject to precautionary measures that require him to report to the court on the 1st and 15th of each month, alongside a prohibition from leaving the island and the suspension of his driving licence.
Additionally, three individuals sustained serious injuries in the accident.
