Metrotenerife announced on Friday that the tram strike committee has declared an extension of the strike hours commencing next Tuesday.
Therefore, from Monday to Friday, there will be strike intervals in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening, which will occur during peak service demand, each with varying durations depending on the day, as indicated by the company in a statement.
Throughout the strike intervals, Metrotenerife will sustain the tram service with the minimum operations set at 80%, which may lead to certain delays on Line 1 and Line 2.
The strike intervals will be from 6:38 a.m. to 8:08 a.m., from 1:12 p.m. to 2:42 p.m., and from 7:31 p.m. to 9:01 p.m., from Monday to Friday; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the intervals will be from 6:02 a.m. to 7:32 a.m., from 1:38 p.m. to 3:08 p.m., and from 7:48 p.m. to 9:18 p.m.; and on Wednesdays, the intervals will be from 6:22 a.m. to 7:52 a.m., from 12:49 p.m. to 2:19 p.m., and from 8:02 p.m. to 9:32 p.m.
