VALVERDE (EL HIERRO), 10 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A second cayuco arrived independently this Tuesday at the port of La Restinga with 63 migrants on board, all of sub-Saharan descent, comprising 62 adults and one minor, as confirmed by sources from Maritime Rescue to Europa Press.
In the early hours of today, Maritime Rescue intercepted another vessel carrying 59 immigrants, who were subsequently brought to the dock in La Restinga. After receiving medical assistance from the Red Cross and SUC personnel, it was determined that no hospital transfers were necessary.
