TENERIFE, 6th September (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Local Police of La Laguna (Tenerife) detained a 61-year-old man this Friday as the suspected culprit of his brother’s death during a familial dispute, which also left his sister in a critical condition, as reported by ‘El Día’ and confirmed by Europa Press.
The incident took place on Friday morning in a residence situated in the Camino La Mina area of the municipality of Tenerife.
The aforementioned media has highlighted that the deceased brother was 67 years old, while the woman, aged 49, was hospitalised after being assaulted and is now in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Hospital Universitario de Canarias (HUC). According to the available information, the arrested individual resided in the house with his late brother, who had been battling cancer.
The National Police is now overseeing the investigation into the incident.
