A man was injured this Sunday morning in a traffic accident that occurred on the TF-47, at the exit of Playa la Arena , in the municipality of Santiago del Teide (Tenerife).
At 11:58 a.m., the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the overturning of a vehicle on the road.
The incident left a 49-year-old man with moderate multiple injuries . After being treated on site by the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) staff , he was transferred in a basic life support ambulance to the Hospital del Sur to receive further treatment.
The local police also went to the scene of the accident, where they regulated traffic and were in charge of instructing the corresponding proceedings.
