Officers from the Adeje Local Police have saved two dogs that were found in distressing conditions within a private residence located in the Miraverde area.

The officers were deployed following a report concerning the condition of the animals. After assessing the situation, they took action to rescue the dogs, which displayed clear signs of neglect and mistreatment.

These operations are part of the measures undertaken by local authorities to safeguard animal rights and well-being.

The authorities have emphasised the significance of public cooperation in reporting such incidents, urging the community to reach out to the local police if they witness cases of animal cruelty or neglect.
