Today, the town of Tejina will celebrate the main day of the festivities honouring Saint Bartholomew.
This morning, starting at 11:00 a.m., the highly anticipated offering to the Hearts will commence, and these symbols will make their entrance into the Church square, the focal point of this celebration. This event, as in previous years, is expected to be attended by many and will lead to the religious service and the following procession.
A flower battle is scheduled for 6 pm, serving as a precursor to the Festival of the Exaltation of the Hearts of Tejina.
