Rescue Mission: Three Giant Lizards from Gran Canaria Find Freedom in Tenerife

The Wildlife Recovery Centre of Gran Canaria Island Council, linked to the Department of Environment, Climate, Energy and Knowledge, has released three giant lizards from Gran Canaria. These creatures are listed in the national register of endangered species after being rescued by the Civil Guard and following a health assessment.
